I use a VARIETY of different programs to help my clients achieve their optimal health and weight loss goals. Trust me, they are all effective (if you use them). It comes down to putting in the work, trusting the process, and fighting for the results that you want. Simple is that!
Each month I host virtual fitness challenges to keep you engaged and motivated to work towards your goals. Most people have tried EVERYTHING in the process to lose weight- pills, wraps, fads, you name it. But this makes fitness simple and creates a healthy approach to weight loss. I want you to know that you will begin a journey with me- not a quick fix. This takes time, energy and commitment. If you commit, I will not quit.
The hardest part is always getting started. Keep it simple. These are a few of my favorite tools that I believe have been a key factor in my fitness journey, along with many others.
Morning Meltdown 100
This brand new 20-30 minute workout is my current OBSESSION.
I don’t use that word lightly, when I say that I’m LOVING this program.. 100 workouts, all unique, and different in themselves– and set to the beat of a LIVE DJ! If you are a music junkie, this program is for you.

The 21 Day Fix is my initial go-to program for a majority of my customers for a variety of reasons. This program keeps it SIMPLE. 30 minute bootcamp-style workouts, a foolproof nutrition plan that is effective and incredibly easy to follow.

And then, if that wasn’t enough, you can unlock some our newer programs like Country Heat, Cize, Insanity: Max 30 and plenty more at a fraction of the cost. Getting all of my daily nutrients in- well, it’s not always easy. Shakeology is my overloaded Salad in a glass, that tastes like a milkshake! I call it my health in a glass. It is loaded with all things healthy – superfoods, vitamins, nutrients, protein, digestive enzymes and other cool stuff that just sounds really healthy. I can go on and on as to why everyone needs to have a shake a day. It really is the best addition to my daily regimen.
